Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for  the recruitment process from A to Z: you will create and post job descriptions, conduct the first interview and on-board the new team members.
  • You will be responsible for further developing the HR processes together with the management team, ensuring that these scale together with the company
  • You address all HR related questions from the team
  • You will be in charge of the personnel administration
  • You will organize the quarterly team events

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated experience in HR and Leadership
  • You know your way around a computer and online software programs
  • Empathy and confidentiality are values that you hold to a high standard
  • Knowledge of labor and social legislation
  • Proficient in Dutch, French and English
